All custom-made orders are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once artwork approval or production has begun.
Production begins only after customer approval of artwork proof. Once approved, the customer accepts full responsibility for the design, specifications, and accuracy.
All artwork digitizing, embroidery programming, sampling, and production setup services are non-refundable once completed, as they involve dedicated labor and technical preparation.
All products are made-to-order and cannot be resold. Therefore, custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect address or customer inaction are not eligible for refund, as production and shipping services have already been fulfilled.
Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Delays caused by shipping providers, customs clearance, or external disruptions do not qualify for refunds. In case of shipments confirmed lost by the carrier, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Any claims for lost shipments must be reported within 7 days of the last tracking update. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Once production resources such as materials, labor, and machine time are allocated, the order is considered fulfilled from a service standpoint.
If services such as digitizing, sampling, or production setup have been completed, those services remain fully chargeable even if the final product is refused or not accepted.
Customers confirm they have the legal rights to use all submitted artwork. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any copyright or trademark claims.
Filing a chargeback for a valid custom order may result in additional recovery actions, including administrative fees and restriction from future services. All evidence, including approvals, production records, and shipment tracking, will be submitted to the payment provider.

All orders are documented with artwork approvals, production records, photos, and shipment tracking, which may be used as evidence in any dispute or claim.
