Turnaround Time

At RushPatches.com, we’re all about speed and quality. Standard Production: Most custom patches ship within 9–13 business days after proof approval (if selected). Rush Production: Select eligible patch types can ship in just 5 business days after proof approval — simply choose NinjaFast Shipping at checkout. Proof Delivery: Digital proofs are sent within 1–2 business days after order placement (if requested).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow 1–3 business days for the shipping provider to activate or update the tracking details. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 business days, contact us with your name, email, and order number.

Refund Policy

As is typical with customized products, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if there’s any issue with your order, we’ll work hard to make it right and ensure your satisfaction. Please reach out to us via phone, email, or live chat, and a member of our team will get back to you within one business day. Just make sure to contact us within 45 days of delivery.
